- Schedule of rates for equipment/plant, site accommodation, people
Quality assessment based on:
- Use of Framework Rates and Pricing (call off contract pricing and process)
- Social and Environmental Value (support of 4Good fund, Ecological Measures, Employment and Skills )
- Framework Management and Supply Chain (Management of the agreement, supplier selection and support)
- Contractor Design (how the contractor will work with Clients when design is required)
