Mark is an incorporated engineer with over thirty years of construction experience working for local authorities in the East Yorkshire region. He has been involved in establishing major framework agreements for both consultants and contractors relating to civil engineering works since their inception in the East Riding in 2000 and been a key member in the development of the current frameworks included on YORhub.

Mark played a key role in the introduction of the NEC form of contract to the East Riding Civil Engineering Services. He is currently the framework programme manager for all YORcivil frameworks.

Stef has over 8 years’ experience working with the Yorhub Teams at East Riding of Yorkshire Council, providing support across all of the Frameworks, and holds an NEC3 and NEC4 ECC Project Manager Accreditation.

She also leads on a programme of repair and maintenance contracts for the Authority, utilising the NEC4 Term Service and Bespoke Contract documents.

Nadine is a Project Manager with Sheffield City Council with over 30 years’ experience working in the public sector. Nadine has worked as a Framework Manager for local authority general building and professional services frameworks and has recently become a member of the YORconsult and YORcivil framework management teams.

Gary has a master’s degree in project management and over 10 years’ experience of multi-disciplinary project delivery in the public sector. Having previously worked as a Project Manager with Sheffield City Council over several years, Gary has delivered major housing and city centre regeneration schemes. Gary joined the YORhub Team in 2023 and acts as Framework Manager for YORcivil, as well as being the Programme Manager for YORconsult.

Bradley joined the YORhub team from Sheffield City Council where he has worked as a Cost Manager, gathering experience in both the private and public sectors. He holds a masters degree in Quantity Surveying and has delivered projects working both contractor and client side. Bradley has a wealth of experience in assisting and advising clients in the procurement and delivery of their individual project requirements.
