An affordable housing scheme for East Yorkshire

Hobson & Porter have built 10 affordable homes in South Cave. The scheme from East Riding of Yorkshire Council aimed to develop residential dwellings that help people get onto the property ladder

West End Farm Affordable Housing

This development is the first of its kind by the council and recognises the growing demand from local residents for low-cost home ownership solutions

Shared ownership scheme

Residents will purchase a 25-75% share in their property and pay a discounted rent on the remainder. This allows those who could not initially afford the full cost of a house to get onto the property ladder and progress closer to full ownership of their own home in the future

10 new homes for the area

The project consists of six three bedroom properties and four two bedroom properties.

Hobson & Porter worked closely with local residents to keep them up to date on the project's progress
