Our YORbuild3 Major Works framework expired in April 2026 and has been replaced by YORbuild Major Works 2 - the latest generation of YORbuild framework, details of which can be found on this website via the main menu.
Information on contractors originally appointed to the framework is available here, for reference only.
Lotting structure
YORbuild3 Major Works consists of two lots, and covers a single framework area from the North East to Lincolnshire. Some areas can only access the framework for education projects.
