Our Supply Chain Engagement Programme, YORscep, supports businesses interested in supplying construction services or goods to our framework contractors.

Sub-contracting opportunities
If you’re interested in subcontracting on a YORhub project, you can access upcoming framework contract opportunities through The Supply Chain Network.
Through our partnership with The Supply Chain Network, eligible YORhub subcontracting opportunities arising from two-stage and direct award projects are promoted to framework members through its Opportunities Map.
To access these opportunities, SCEP members need to sign up to The Supply Chain Network and create a dedicated business listing in the Supplier Directory.
Once set up, you can:
- Create and manage your business profile, including information about your products, services and capabilities. This profile forms part of the Expression of Interest (EOI) process and can be reviewed by contracting businesses looking for potential supply chain partners.
- Search live opportunities and express interest in subcontract packages.
- Receive feedback from contractors at each stage of the Expression of Interest process and build a record of your engagement and bidding activity.

SCEP Events
YORscep also hosts Meet the Buyer events, supported by our framework contractors.
These events give suppliers the opportunity to meet contractors, understand what they are looking for and find out how to become part of their supply chains.
