Our YORbuild frameworks help local authorities and other public and third sector organisations procure construction projects efficiently and collaboratively.
Our very first framework, back in 2009, was YORbuild, and since then we’ve evolved and developed our construction procurement offer to meet the changing needs of the public sector.
YORbuild3 Minor Works
YORbuild3 Minor Works helps local authorities and other public and third sector organisations procure construction projects efficiently and collaboratively.
The framework delivers construction projects up to £4m and new housing projects up to 25 units.
It’s available to organisations across the Yorkshire & Humber region, North and North East Lincolnshire, and the Sheffield LEP region.
YORbuild3 Minor Works is due to expire in July 2028.

YORbuild3 Medium Works
YORbuild3 Medium Works helps local authorities and other public and third sector organisations procure construction projects efficiently and collaboratively.
The framework delivers construction projects between £4-10m and new housing projects over 25 units.
It’s available to organisations across the Yorkshire & Humber region, Lincolnshire, Sheffield LEP region, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and areas of Leicestershire.
It is also available for education projects in northeast England and areas of Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
YORbuild3 Medium Works is due to expire in April 2028.

Specifically designed to deliver projects over £10million in value, YORbuild Major Works 2 helps local authorities and other public sector and third sector organisations procure construction projects efficiently and collaboratively.
We work with you to deliver successful projects and excellent social value outcomes.
It’s available to Yorkshire & Humber region, as well as the North East of England, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and parts of Leicestershire.
The framework is due to expire in July 2030.
