The recent spike in recorded failures of firms offering MMC solutions, promoted research to understand whether these are innovation-related, and to derive recommendations that are believed to be effective in achieving the much-needed healthy adoption, of innovative ways of delivering places. The responsibility lies not only with these organisations but also with the government, not least due to the need for more supportive actions.
