Brexit is likely to have many intended and unintended consequences for how public procurement is regulated in the UK across all sectors.  In this webinar, we discuss possible imminent changes to UK regulation and consider some of its impacts as we move to WTO terms.

Attendees may like to reference the related SSRN paper ‘Reimagining Public Procurement Law After Brexit‘.

Important: please submit questions in advance to [email protected] as it may not be possible to take questions on the day.
