If your project was procured under YORbuild2, you can be assured of our continued support. The relevant information can still be accessed on the links below or by contacting your Framework Manager, who will be happy to advise you.

Lotting structure

YORbuild2 consists of seven lots, five of which relate to different contract values and two of which feature specialist social housing suppliers.

The table below shows the number of contractors originally appointed to each lot.
