Panel breakout sessions
We have three great breakout sessions for you to sign up to on the day:
Hear directly from major contractors and industry partners shaping construction delivery across Yorkshire and the Humber. These panels will provide insight into upcoming civils and building trade demand, how suppliers can stand out, and what drives long‑term supply chain relationships. Contractors will share practical guidance on engaging successfully, overcoming onboarding challenges and securing repeat work, while education and skills partners will explain how apprenticeships, T Levels and work experience can strengthen bids and social value. Featuring contributors from Octavius, Galliford Try, Kier, Henry Boot Construction, Wates, Morris and Spottiswood, and leading regional colleges, this is a must‑attend opportunity for SMEs looking to grow and expand their businesses.
The venue
The MKM Stadium is uniquely situated within West Park, making it the only stadium in the UK located in a Victorian park setting.
Conference & events spaces
The stadium offers conference and exhibition space, supporting corporate events, meetings, and private functions.
Facilities include accessible toilets, level access, wheelchair spaces, and assistance‑dog‑friendly areas ensuring an inclusive experience for all visitors.
Parking
We have 1000 free car parking spaces on the day.
Knowledge Transfer Partnership project
YORhub, in partnership with Leeds Beckett University, have formed a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) to create a Supply Chain Engagement Toolkit. The aim is to increase the number and diversity of regional small-and-medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with access to public sector procurement frameworks. KTP Associate and YORhub team member Michelle Anaele will be on the KTP stand at the event.
Hull Foodbank support
We are pleased to be supporting Hull Foodbank, part of The Trussell Trust’s network of 428 foodbanks which works to tackle food poverty and hunger in local communities across the UK.

There’ll be a collection point at the YORscep Meet the Buyers 2026 event and we’re asking YORhub, our framework contractor representatives and event attendees to contribute non-perishable items during the morning for the charity to take away around midday. If you can liberate a few items of food from your cupboards to bring along that’d be really appreciated.
See website here for food items required
