We are pleased to make available the 2020 edition of the Effective Construction Frameworks report.
The report has been drafted by Steve Baker, Joint Chair of Operations North & East, on behalf of the LGA and NACF. It sets out the benefits for the public sector of collaboration through the use of frameworks, and highlights a number of attributes that are considered to be good practice in achieving best value in construction procurement.
