Our south area framework team
The YORconsult and YORcivil frameworks are managed in the south area by a team based at Sheffield City Council, one of the lead authorities of YORhub.
Chris Jackson continues to lead on YORconsult as the Programme Manager, and as a Framework Manager for YORcivil (South).
Nadine Byrne joined the team in October 2022. She has a background as a Project Manager in the Capital Delivery Service Directorate at Sheffield City Council. Prior to joining SCC, Nadine had an extensive career with North Lincolnshire Council in the Construction Division, being responsible for their Commissioning, Procurement and Framework Management arrangements.
Gary Wright joined YORhub in April this year. He also previously worked as a Project Manager at Sheffield City Council, with recent involvement in a number of prominent schemes in Sheffield such as Grey 2 Green 2 and Heart of the City. Prior to joining Sheffield City Council, Gary spent several years at Kier Group as a Project Manager.
Nadine and Gary and both bring extensive knowledge, practical experience and application of managing construction projects which will underpin the invaluable advice and support that we offer our clients.
Lisa Oxley recently joined YORhub on a part-time basis to support our RAG reporting process, predominately focusing on YORconsult. Lisa also leads the Business Support function within Sheffield’s Capital Delivery Service, and administers tenders submitted to the Council through the YORtender portal.
